After Hours
TAP began having after-hours social events in 2012. Since then the events have grown larger and more popular. These events are put on by various TAP member companies throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Some things you may find at any given event are complimentary food and drinks, musical entertainment, networking activities, TAP representatives, raffles or giveaways. The style of the event is determined by the TAP member company hosting it along with any co-sponsor they may have supporting them. Companies interested in hosting an after-hours event should complete the form below. TAP will assist the host to identify the goal(s) for the event, make recommendations for accommodating guests, and provide you with event advertising via the website and optional newsletter or eBlast exposure.
To be held each month on a Thursday evening from 5:00-7:00 pm, these meetings focus on socializing and networking. The host company is responsible for providing light appetizers, beer, wine and refreshments, and is given a brief, 5 minute spotlight and recognition midway through the event. Door prizes are recommended.
Also, once per year TAP sponsors a member appreciation summer BBQ. Here TAP members are provided free food and drinks, musical entertainment and more! Mark your calendars!
After-hours events are free for employees of TAP member companies. Please remember to bring your current membership card. Non-members may attend for a $10 fee.
